How Much Will Shipping Cost?
All tubers will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are based on how many tubers you purchase.
1-5 Tubers: $9
6-15 Tubers: $15
16+ Tubers: $20

When Will My Order Be Mailed To Me?
Orders will begin shipping when temperatures remain above freezing. Our farm is located in Vermont so it’s likely that most orders will send out sometime in mid-late April.

Where do you ship to?
We only ship to the continental United States and Alaska at this time, Sorry!

Do you plan to restock the tuber store?
While we can’t guarantee anything about specific varieties, we will be restocking sometime in March/April once we know how inventory looks post-winter storage. We will send out an email to subscribers and announce it on Instagram when we update the site!

Will you be combining orders?
We will combine orders until April 10th.

How do you handle refunds, replacements or substitutions?
If there is a problem with your tuber/tubers and you reach out within two weeks we are happy to provide you with a refund or replace your tuber if we have available stock.
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will not be substituting. We will refund you for the tuber/tubers
Our promise: We guarantee dahlia tubers will arrive at your home true to form and with at least one visible eye. Should there be any problems please reach out within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible and with that said please understand that we can not be held liable for extreme growing conditions, weather, pest damage, soil quality etc. Thank you and we appreciate your support :)
